Privacy Policy

The short version. I collect only what you give me: your contact details when you fill in a form, or your email address when you sign up for Open House Weekly. I use it to reply to you or to send you the newsletter. I do not sell it or trade it, and you can ask me to delete it at any time.
Who this is
This policy covers sellstlouiswithjess.com and the Open House Weekly newsletter and its signup page. Both are run by Jessica Swift, REALTOR® with Keller Williams Saint Louis. In this policy, "I" and "me" mean Jessica Swift.
Keller Williams Realty and its offices have their own websites and their own privacy policies. This policy does not cover those.
What I collect, and why
When you use the contact form
The contact form asks for your name, email address, phone number and message. I use them to reply to you about buying or selling a home. If we go on to work together, I keep your details as part of my client records.
When you sign up for Open House Weekly
- If you sign up with your email: I collect your email address. You get one email with a link to confirm it.
- If you use "Continue with Google": Google tells me your email address, your name and your profile picture address, and gives me an ID that identifies your Google account to this site. I use the email address and first name. I never see your Google password, and I cannot read your Gmail, contacts, calendar or files.
I use this information to send you the weekly email, to stop sending it when you unsubscribe, and to answer you if you reply.
The newsletter records whether each email was delivered, bounced or marked as spam.
When you visit
- Server logs. The companies that host these sites record standard technical details for every visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested. This is used to keep the sites running and secure.
- Google advertising tag. sellstlouiswithjess.com loads a Google Ads tag. Google may set cookies and use them to measure visits that came from my ads and to show my ads to people who have visited this site.
- Fonts and icons. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts and icons from a public content network. Those services receive your IP address when your browser fetches the files.
- Sign-in cookie. If you sign in on the Open House Weekly page, a cookie keeps you signed in. It is not used for advertising.
The Open House Weekly signup page has no advertising or analytics trackers on it.
Who else handles your information
I use a small number of service companies to run these sites. They handle your information only to provide their service to me.

I do not sell your information. I do not share it with other agents, lenders, or anyone else for their marketing. I will not pass your details to another real estate professional unless you ask me to.
I may disclose information if the law requires it.
How long I keep it
- Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe. After that I keep only your email address on a "do not send" list, so you are not added again by mistake.
- Contact form messages: for as long as we are in touch, and afterward as part of my business records.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link. It takes effect as soon as you confirm.
- See, correct or delete your information. Email me at jessica.swift@kw.com and I will do it within 30 days.
- Disconnect Google. You can remove this site's access at any time in your Google Account, under Security, "Your connections to third-party apps and services".
- Advertising cookies. You can turn off personalized Google ads at myadcenter.google.com, and you can block cookies in your browser settings.
Children
These sites are for adults looking to buy or sell a home. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent me information, email me and I will delete it.
Security
These sites use encrypted connections (https), and the subscriber list is stored with a provider that restricts access to it. No system is perfectly secure, so I collect as little as I can.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, I will update the date at the top and, for newsletter subscribers, say so in the next email.
