Saint Louis, MO 63112 · DeBaliviere Place
A top-to-bottom 2026 renovation, essentially a brand-new condo inside one of DeBaliviere Place’s best-loved buildings. 5630 Pershing #10 got the full reset, and the owner didn’t cut a single corner: new hardwood flooring throughout the living room and hallway, a complete LG stainless-steel appliance package in the kitchen, fresh finishes from the walls in. This isn’t a cosmetic flip. It’s a rebuild, and it shows.
Ground-floor living means no stairs for groceries, move-in day, or everyday life. The open living and dining area gets natural light and flows into an updated kitchen with LG refrigerator, range, microwave, and dishwasher, plus in-unit washer and dryer. Down the hall, a refreshed bathroom and two carpeted bedrooms with generous closet space.
One gated off-street parking space included. Forced-air gas heat. You’ve got options in this building. Here’s why #10 is the one worth your offer: all the renovation quality of the pricier units at a price that makes sense. A rare mix of historic neighborhood character and modern livability. Proudly serving buyers and sellers across the Saint Louis area.
A few questions I hear most often from buyers and sellers around St. Louis.
In Missouri, you’ll sign a written buyer representation agreement before we start touring homes. It spells out exactly how I work for you and how I get paid, so there are no surprises later. As your agent, I represent your interests in the deal, not the seller’s.
Compensation is always negotiable, and we’ll settle it up front before you sign anything. Sellers usually pay their commission out of the proceeds at closing. For buyers, we’ll walk through the arrangement in our first conversation so you know where you stand from day one.
I work across the St. Louis metro: St. Louis City, St. Louis County, St. Charles County, and the Metro East on the Illinois side. If you’re not sure which side of the river fits, that’s exactly the kind of question I’m happy to help you sort out.
Start with how you actually live: your commute, your budget, and whether you picture a historic brick rowhouse in the city or a newer build in the county. The neighborhood snapshots on this page are a good first look. Once you have a feel for the style, we’ll narrow it to a few blocks and start touring.
Buying: get pre-approved with a lender first. It tells you what you can comfortably afford and makes your offer stronger. Selling: we’ll talk through timing, a pricing strategy, and whether anything is worth fixing before it hits the market. Either way, it starts with one conversation.
Most contracts run about 30 to 45 days from accepted offer to closing. St. Louis has a few local quirks: some municipalities require occupancy permits or point-of-sale inspections that can add time if they aren’t scheduled early. I track those deadlines so they don’t surprise you.
Whether you're ready to start your home search or just have a question, I'd love to hear from you.
I'll respond within 24 hours, usually much sooner!
